Super, auch bei körperlichen Beschwerden!
Ich habe gezielt den originalen Flexibilität bestellt, da ich ihn vom Sport kenne. Liegt gut in der Hand, ist wertig. Die DVD ist sehr wichtig, um die Handhabung besser kennenzulernen. Die Körperspannung hat sich während der Nutzung schnell aufgebaut.

Der Flexi-Bar liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist ein tolles Trainingsgerät. Ich habe zuvor mit einem Trainingsstab eines anderen Herstellers trainiert und habe festgestellt, dass der Flexi-Bar von Barbara Klein eine deutlich bessere Qualität hat. Die beigefügte DVD von Barbara Klein beschreibt sehr gut die Bedienung, Funktion und Einsetzungsgebiete.
