The FLEXI-BAR STANDARD was awarded the AGR Seal of Approval as a fitness tool for back health and gymnastics. The FLEXI-BAR STANDARD can be used in prevention and after-care, but also as a supplement to any other type of sport, as it improves balance, stability, muscular endurance and coordination.
To act more sustainably and keep pace with technological developments, we have decided to discontinue the production of FLEXI-BAR® DVDs.
You can now find information, introductory sessions, and training units related to the FLEXI-BAR® at the link provided on the attached flyer and at www.youtube.com/@BKBarbaraKlein.
Includes a training plan with 20 exercises and detailed descriptions of the exercises.

Das Gerät ist top und erfüllt die Erwartungen komplett. Die Lieferung mit DPD war eine Katastrophe und echt frustrierend.

Ein gutes Training für den Körper
Bei der Lieferung gab es Probleme, doch sie ist angekommen und die "Schwingstäbe" selbst sind sehr gut.

Super, auch bei körperlichen Beschwerden!
Ich habe gezielt den originalen Flexibilität bestellt, da ich ihn vom Sport kenne. Liegt gut in der Hand, ist wertig. Die DVD ist sehr wichtig, um die Handhabung besser kennenzulernen. Die Körperspannung hat sich während der Nutzung schnell aufgebaut.

Der Flexi-Bar liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist ein tolles Trainingsgerät. Ich habe zuvor mit einem Trainingsstab eines anderen Herstellers trainiert und habe festgestellt, dass der Flexi-Bar von Barbara Klein eine deutlich bessere Qualität hat. Die beigefügte DVD von Barbara Klein beschreibt sehr gut die Bedienung, Funktion und Einsetzungsgebiete.
