Hm tja, wo fang ich an? - Nadja war so begeistert von dem blauen, dass ich mir eben den blauen bestellt habe und benutze. Die vielen Videos im Netz machen den Anfang einfach und ich habe immer wieder das Gefühl, Muskelkater im blockierten Teil meiner Wirbelsäule zu haben. Das ist SO klasse!
