Die beste Faszienrolle die bisher hatte. Es macht sehr viel Spass. Toll das die DVD dabei ist. Die Farbe ist so schön da kann ich die Rolle einfach auch stehen lassen.

Ich habe die Faszienrolle vor ca. 3 Wochen bestellet und seitdem regelmäßig in Gebrauch. Die Rolle hat eine angenehme Härte und Größe. Bin bisher sehr mit dem Produkt zufrieden.

Guten Tag! Ich benutze die Rolle häufig, 1-2 mal am Tag (Spinalkanalstenose). Die Festigkeit empfinde ich als sehr angenehm. Die Anleitung ist auch sehr gut. Wenn ich etwas rumnörgeln darf: Ich brauche immer 2 Hände beim Halten, Tragen der Rolle. D.h. mit einer Hand kann ich die Rolle an den Stirnseiten nicht fassen, meine Finger sind zu kurz. Da wäre eine Vertiefung an den Stirnseiten, in welcher Form auch immer, vielleicht hilfreich. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Diethard Schaller
